TACO BAR: Includes choices of meat ground beef & chicken. Served with rice & beans, also includes taco shells, warm tortillas, fresh shredded lettuce, tomato, onions, salsa with a homemade ranch dressing, sour cream, guacamole, shredded cheese, chips, and salsa.

Chicken Fajitas: tomatoes, mushrooms Marinated strips of chicken, grilled with fresh bell peppers, onions, and spices.
Steak Ranchero: Top Sirloin, sliced and fried with hot peppers, onions and tomatoes. 
Steak Fajitas: Marinated strips of steak, grilled with fresh bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, mushrooms, and spices.
Pollo a la Crema: Strips of tender chicken breast sautéed with onions, and mushrooms, then coated with a creamy white sauce.
Chile Colorado: Chunks of top sirloin cooked tender in its own sauce and seasoned with red sauce.
Chile Verde: Chunks of pork cooked tender in its own sauce with a light tomatillo and seasoned with our own spices.
Carnitas de Puerco : Pan-fried pork served with fresh onion, cilantro, and hot green sauce along with rice, beans, and tortillas.
Our Catering Service Includes Disposable plates, napkins, and utensils.
